Once you become a customer, you'll be added to a scheduled delivery route.
We recommend starting with 1 x 15L bottle per person per month. For example, a household or office with 5 people should begin with 5 bottles. For an office with 12 staff, start with 12 bottles. This helps estimate your water consumption for future deliveries.
For Residential households, payment is via direct debit after delivery only. Charges will be processed to the Visa or Mastercard on file within 24-48 hours.
